While both of these qualities are good, there is much more to a good leader than that. On the contrary there are many qualities of a good leader than often go unnoticed and unrecognized by those around them but quickly come into focus when they are missing. Motivation is a vitally important quality in a good leader. For one, the leader sets the tone for the group. If they are not motivated to complete the task, the rest of the group will not be motivated either. On the flip side, if the leader has a strong, positive, motivated attitude about the job, that will rub off on other&#8217;s as well. A good leader is also proficient at motivating and inspiring their team towards the goal. <a
href="http://www.davecheong.com/2006/06/21/11-ways-of-staying-focused/">Staying focused</a> is another important aspect of good leadership. A leader who is easily distracted and not focused on the goal will drag the rest of the group with them. Keeping the goal in sight is important for not only getting the job done, but also maintaining motivation.A good leader is not only competent at leading but also at being a <a

They maintain order but allow creative thinking. And some of us have even been in that leadership role, so we understand that it is not an easy task. While good leadership skills come more naturally to some, they are not developed over night. Years of practice and experience help shape us into better leaders. Some companies even offer <a
